What is Bobcat Student Park?
Bobcat Student Park (also known as BSP) is "The Home of Student Tailgating" at all home football games. For 2010, BSP hosted an average of more than 4,000 students per-game. In its third year, BSP has grown to accommodate student organizations, inflatables and corn hole, and FREE food from our sponsors.
Where is BSP located and when is it open?
BSP is conveniently located behind Peden Stadium on the practice football fields behind Gate 4. BSP opens 2 hours before every home football game and closes at kick-off.
What does BSP cost?
BSP is entirely FREE to all students including food/beverages, games, and admission to the football game.
Why Attend?
Did we mention the FREE admission AND FREE food? On-top of that, there are contests from our sponsors, inflatables to challenge your friends, corn-hole boards, plenty of space to throw footballs around, and FREE food. A live DJ keeps the Bobcat Student Park jumping and additional entertainment is performed.
Students also can enter into Peden Stadium for the game through the BSP student gate located at the South end. Student tickets are available at the BSP gate entrance with a valid student ID.
Student Organizations
Student organizations are encouraged to sign up for a tent or table at BSP to attract new members. BSP has the capabilities for the DJ to provide live announcements, YOUR student organizations' banners to be hung, and possible give-a ways.
