Bobcats Upgrade Ticketing/Donor Procedures

May 1, 2008

ATHENS, Ohio-Ohio Athletics is excited to announce that JumpTV has become its new ticketing and donor management software system partner.

The conversion process has started with a goal of being fully integrated on JumpTV's system by July 1, 2008.

"With the football season ticket renewals being sent out May 1, we are working hard to make this transition seamless to all of our supporters," said Carmen Greene, Director of Ticket Operations.

"We are pleased to add Ohio Athletics to a growing list of JumpTV clients who are realizing what technology innovation can do to enhance their sports programs," said Nada Usina, President, JumpTV. "As with all of our partners, we are focused on delivering Ohio a robust ticket and donor management solution that adds value both to the university as well as to alumni and Bobcat fans across the state."

Some of the highlights with the new system include:

·          JumpTV One-Fan Profile - an online tool for fans to manage their ticket and donor accounts, providing more convenience and accessibility

·          The ability for season ticket holders to renew their seats online (starting with the 2008-2009 men's basketball season)

·          Custom invoices and reporting

JumpTV also provides an Online Fan Management Platform and Total Ticketing and Donor Management Solutions.

"We reviewed proposals from all of the country's leading ticketing and donor software companies and we unanimously decided that JumpTV was the best company to enhance our services to our season ticket holders and Ohio Bobcat Club members," said Chris Delisio, Ohio's Associate Athletics Director. "In addition to improved functionality for our fans, this system will also save Ohio Athletics close to 50% in annual operating costs."

Football season ticket holders should expect to receive their renewal information in the mail the week of May 5.
