Tricia Drummond returned to her alma mater in 2012 and now enters her second season as the director of ticket operations at Ohio University.

In her current role, Drummond manages ticket processes for football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, baseball, and softball while supervising student athlete complimentary tickets and pass gate requests according to NCAA and University Policies. In addition, she interacts with donors, alumni, students, faculty/staff, administration, and general public for all ticketing needs - including resolving customer concerns. Drummond also manages away game ticket operations and finances, oversees the creation of season ticket designs and trains all ticket office interns and students on day-to-day duties and game day operations.

Prior to her stint in Athens, Drummond served as an athletic ticket office assistant at the University of Wisconsin during the 2012 fall season. During her time with the Badgers, Drummond managed ticket processes for football, men's ice hockey, and men's soccer. She also coordinated season and single game ticket printing and mailing, assisted with season parking and general public customer service and supervised student staff.

From June 2011 to March 2012, Drummond worked as an assistant general manager for ticket sales and services for Collegiate Consulting at Bowling Green State University. In that role, she prospected potential season and group tickets, worked closely with Bowling Green's development staff, collaborated with marketing and ticket operations to develop ticket packages for revenue sports and assisted with the execution of the re-seating process in the new Stroh Center.

Drummond transitioned to Collegiate Consulting after spending the 2010-11 season as an athletic ticket office assistant in the Falcons' ticket office. She handled ticket processes for football, men's and women's basketball, ice hockey and volleyball while helping to implement a donor and season ticket priority point system for the Stroh Center. Drummond also recruited, trained and supervised all practicum and volunteer student staff.

Drummond graduated from Ohio University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in sport management and a minor in business. During her time as an undergraduate, Drummond acted as a student worker in the athletic ticket office and served as the head manager for the Ohio women's basketball team for two seasons.
