Radio Network Hosts

The 14 station Ohio IMG Sports Network is the home of Bobcat Men's Basketball. It's the largest station network in the Mid American Conference. Power 105 (WXTQ 105.5 FM) in Athens once again serves as the flagship. IMG's partnership with the WOUB family of stations helps increase the coverage area. Having an affiliate in Columbus is important to the program and the partnership continues there with WYTS (1230 AM).

Game coverage begins with the 30 minute "Countdown to Tipoff" which includes comments from 2nd year Head Coach Saul Phillips, Bobcat players, a recap of the previous game, scores and an opponent preview.

8th year "Voice of the Bobcats" Russ Eisenstein returns to work with network veteran and Ohio University Alum, Rob Cornelius. Together they have painted the picture of some of the greatest moments in Bobcat Athletics history including the 2010 NCAA Tournament win over Georgetown and the run to the 2012 Sweet 16.

Bobcat Women's Basketball returns to WOUB (1340 AM). Ohio broadcasting student Jake Hromada is back for his 2nd season on the mic. Fellow student, Max McDulan, will serve as color analyst and will fill in on play-by-play. 2nd year Head Coach Bob Boldon's comments help make up the 15 minute pregame show.

"The Saul Phillips Show" runs on 8 stations on the network live from Latitude 39 at Baker Center on Ohio University's campus. The show runs from 6-7. Fans are encouraged to attend.

All broadcasts are available live and on-demand online on OhioBobcats.com. The Men's games/shows are also on Tunein.com/OhioBobcats and on the Tunein ap. For home non-televised games, the radio call will be paired with a video stream. Bobcat Sports Today, a daily sportscast on Ohio Athletics, continues through basketball season on many stations on the network.
