We're sure you remember the precise moment you became a Bobcat. Regardless of the sport or the era - all of us share that special bond that comes from wearing the Green and White. We hope that you agree that the experience of being a student-athlete at Ohio University is unmatched. When you put on a Bobcat uniform and represent Ohio University, you become a part of something special - you immediately become a member of the Bobcat family.

As a Bobcat, we hope that you are as proud as we are about the recent successes of current Ohio student-athletes:

• Ohio claimed the 2006-2007 Jacoby Trophy for having the best overall women's athletics teams during the academic year.
• Ohio Football advanced to a bowl game for the first time since 1968 when the program won the MAC East Championship in 2006.
• Volleyball won a fifth-straight MAC regular season title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
• Women's cross country captured the MAC Championship in both 2006 and 2007.
• Women's field hockey became the first Ohio squad to win back-to-back MAC regular season and tournament championships in 2006 and 2007.
• Bobcat student-athletes posted an 83% graduation rate, which ranks Ohio Athletics among the top public institutions in the country.

To build upon this success, and permanently establish Ohio Athletics at the top of the Mid-American Conference, we need your help.
