2010-11: A Third Team Academic All-American in 2009-10, Heim is eligible to be named an Academic All-American again this year. She is a two-time First Team Academic All-District selection by the College Sports Information Directors of America. Athletically, she was a four-time First Team All-MAC choice and three-time Academic All-MAC selection. As a junior she was named Co-MAC Swimmer of Year. For her career, Heim amassed 13 MAC Titles including eight individual and five relays. She won four 100-yd. butterfly championships, two 200-yd. butterfly titles and two 100-yd. backstroke titles. Heim also was a part of five MAC Championship relay teams: 400-yd. Freestyle relay in 2009, 400-yd. Medley relay in 2011 and the 200-yd. Freestyle relay in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Heim holds three individual school records in the 100-yd. backstroke with a time of 54.63 seconds, the 100-yd. butterfly with a mark of 52.51 seconds and the 200-yd. butterfly with a time of 1:59.39. She also holds five relay records. Heim was a four time College Swimming Coaches' Association of America Academic All-American. In 2011, she qualified for the NCAA Championships and placed 23rd in preliminaries in the 100-yd. butterfly.

2009-10: Co-SIDA Third Team Academic All-American ... First Team Academic All-District ... Named co-MAC Swimmer of the Year at the conference championships ... Academic All-MAC ... Was awarded the team's Ed Wright trophy, which is given to the most valuable swimmer or diver on the team ... Earned a team-leading four first-place finishes at the MAC Championships (200 Free Relay, 100 Fly, 100 Backstroke, 200 Fly) ... 100 Fly, 200 Fly and 100 Backstroke times turned in at MACs were all lifetime bests ...
