ATHENS, Ohio - Ohio Swimming and Diving kicks off its season this Homecoming Weekend with the program's annual Intrasquad Meet. The Green Team and the White Team will square off against one another at Ohio University's Aquatic Center on Friday. The first event begins at 5 p.m. and admission is free to all fans.

As is tradition, the teams will be coached by a student-athlete. Deidre Geroni (Emmaus, Pa.) will be the coach of the Green Team while Laurin Williams (Shoreline, Wash.) will be the coach of the White Team.

The Green Team will consist of Haleigh Bartlett, Kristin Capcik, Megan Davis, Lauren Funk, Michelle Gasior, Alexa Gordish, Stephanie Gyurke, Katie Power, Morgan Sprosty and Rachel Stearns.

The White Team will include Tori Bagan, Anastasia Bocharnikova, Katey Brooks, MaryRose Hillstrom, Caroline Meyer, Emma Michaels and Morgan Srail.

Making their first appearances for the Bobcats will be the new class of six freshmen. Haley Clark and Kelse Johnson will suit up in green while Addison Ferguson, Natalie Gray, Ariel Hodges and Courtney Klefeker will swim in white.

Rules
Athletes can compete in up to four events
No more than three of those four can be individual events
Only the top two individuals from each team may score points in an individual event
Top three individuals score (5-3-1)
Only one relay score per team
Top relay scores (7-0)

Following the annual Intrasquad Meet, Ohio Swimming and Diving will open the regular season at home on Oct. 27 against Mid-American Conference rival Eastern Michigan.
