Ran a 10:16.58 in the 3,000 meters at the Akron Open on Feb. 1, placing first ... Two other competitions came at the MAC Championships, placing 10th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:07.73 and a seventh place showing in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:40.47.

2007: OUTDOOR SEASON: Recorded times in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters during the outdoor season ... Best time in the 5k was 17:55.22 at the Hillsdale Relays ... Top 10k time was 37:53.21 at the All-Ohio Championships ... Was also Ohio's fifth best 10k outdoor time ... INDOOR SEASON: Placed seventh at the MAC Championships in the 5,000-meter run (17:45.15), recording the third-best time on the team ... Finished second in the one-mile run at the Buckeye Invite ... Took sixth in the 3,000-meters at the Akron Quad, posting a season-best 10:27.02.
