2007: INDOOR SEASON: Finished fi rst in the 1000 meters at the State Farm Shell Games, recording the team's fastest time for the season, 2:37.06 ... Placed second in the one-mile run at the same meet, posting a season-best 4:26.02 ... CROSS COUNTRY: Took 13th at the MAC Championships, posting the teams fastest time of 28:26.10, ... Recorded a season-best 25:16.00 at the Notre Dame Invite, placing 12th ... Finished seventh at the Mel Brodt Invite (25:37.57) ... Placed 34th at the All-Ohio Championships (26:59.20).

2006: OUTDOOR SEASON: Took first at the Hillsdale Relays in the steeplechase with a time of 9:03.14, the fourth-best mark in the schools history ... Finished fourth at the MAC Championships in the steeplechase ... Placed 18th at the NCAA Mideast Regional's in the same event ... Captured seventh at the MAC Championships in the 5,000-meter race with a career-best 14:36.40 ... Finished first at the Ohio Invitational in the 1500 meters (4:04.77) ... Took first in the 1500 at the Bobcat Invitational (4:02.52) and the Campbell/Wright Open (4:01.13) ... INDOOR SEASON: Began the season with a second-place finish in the 3,000-meter race at the Bowling Green Invitational ... Captured 11th place in the 1000 meters and eighth in the one mile run at the Findlay Classic ... Took third in the 3,000-meter run at the All-Ohio Championships ... 2004: INDOOR SEASON: Posted his best mile-run time of 4:43.80 at the Ohio State Invitational, which was the team's third-fastest time for the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran his best time of 4:22 in the 1600 meters as a junior... his best 5K mark of 15:47 came as a senior at the Academy of Holy Angels in Minnesota.
