2006: A standout on both the cross country and track squads ... INDOOR SEASON - Running unattached, won the mile run at the Marietta Open (4:24.83) and All-Ohio Championships (4:15.89) ... Also won the 800m (2:00.39) at the Marietta Open ... CROSS COUNTRY - Finished third at the Central Collegiate and All-Ohio Championships ... Became the 10th fastest Bobcat in men's cross country history at the Pre-Nationals with a time of 24:46.7 ... Took ninth at the MAC Championships, earning second-team All-MAC honors.

2005: Placed first in the 1500M at 3:57.31 in the Cape Fear Classic ... took first in the 1600 and 3000 meters at the Bowling Green Invitational in the indoor season ... won the one-mile run at the Findlay Classic ... landed third in the one mile run and second in the 3000 meters at the All-Ohio Championships ... took eighth in the one-mile run at the MAC Championships ... second-team All-MAC selection in cross country.

2004: Had the conference's 13th best 800-meter time outdoors ... recorded personal-best times in the 800 meters (1:53.18) and 1500 meters (3:54.34) during the outdoor season.

AT OHIO: Named 2002 track and field Freshman MVP and 2001 cross country Co-Freshman of the Year ... ran a team-best 4:20.40 mile during the 2003 indoor season ... recorded team-best times in the 800 meters (1:53.23) and 1500 meters (3:55.54) during the 2002 outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned all-state honors in the 800 meters in 2000 and 2001 ... regional champion in the 800 his senior year ... lettered four years in track and once each in cross country, football and basketball.
