Lauren McCullough Photo Gallery 2012: INDOOR SEASON: Competed in the weight throw for the Bobcats. Finished in seventh place at the Youngstown State Invitational with a throw of 47-11.25. Went on to throw her season best in the weight throw with a distance of 52-1.5 for twelfth place. OUTDOOR SEASON: Opened her season at the Shamrock Invitational with a new season best of 116-5.25 in the discus, placing 29th. Also at the Shamrock, threw a new personal record of 129-8.75 in the javelin, good for a solid fifth place finish. 2011: INDOOR SEASON: Took second place in the weight toss at the Rick Meindl Last Call Meet with a throw of 16.01m. Recorded her collegiate best throw in the weight toss during the MAC Conference Championships with a throw of 16.41m. OUTDOOR SEASON: Placed first at the Ohio Sunset Distance Classic in the distance throw with a mark of 36.08m. Took second place at the Ohio Open in the javelin throw. Also took second in the same event at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships as well as the Ohio Women's Team Challenge. Finished second in both the javelin and hammer events at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge. Took second place in the javelin event at the ASICS/Winthrop Invitational. Recorded her collegiate best throws in the hammer (50.34m) and javelin (39.39m) events. ACCOLADESNamed Honorable Mention All-MAC Academic Team. 2010: INDOOR SEASON: Competed in shot put and weight throw for the Bobcats ... Finished 16th in the shot put and 22nd in the weight throw at the MAC Championships ... Finished in the top ten a total of five times during the season, twice in the shot put and three times while competing in the weight throw ... Set a season-best mark in the shot put at the MAC Championships, throwing a distance of 39-03.00 ... Season-best mark in the weight throw (47-09.25 feet) was set at the Findlay Classic.
