2004: Ran his best time and the team's second-fastest of the indoor season in the 3000 meters (8:53.91) at the MAC Championships ... in cross country, posted his top time of 26:51.00 at the 2003 MAC Championships, where he placed 70th ... had his highest finish of the year in 17th place (27:09.40) at the Ohio Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in both track and cross country ... placed second at the state meet in the two-mile with a time of 9:27 in 2001 ... had a personal-best 5K time of 15:54.
