2012: INDOOR SEASON: Competed in the mile, 3000m and 5000m runs for Ohio during her freshman season. Ran a personal record of 5:14.65 in the mile the Ohio State Tune-Up, placing seventh. Post a season best time of 10:17.92 in the 3000m at the Hoosier Hills Invitational, placing ninth. Went on to run her season best time of 17:36.50 in the 5000m at the Mid-American Conference Championship, placing eighth. OUTDOOR SEASON: Specialized in the 5000m and 10,000m for Ohio. Ran a personal record of 17:25.65 in the 5000m at the Jesse Owens Track Classic. Placed fifth at the All-Ohio Championship with a time of 17:38.60 in the 5000m. Highlighted her season with a personal record performance of 36:23.19 in the 10,000m at the Hillsdale Gina Relays, good for a sixth place finish. Recorded a personal record in the 1500m with a time of 4:50.83, placing fourth at the Ohio Open. Ended her season with an 11th place finish in the 10,000m run at the Mid-American Conference Championship, and a sixteenth placed finish in the 5000m run.
