2006: Both a member of the cross country and track squads ... during the '05 cross country season, led the Bobcats to the Ohio Invitational team title with a third-place finish (26:17) ... took 28th at the MAC Championships (26:08) and ran a personal-best 26:07.6 at the Pre-Nationals.

2005: Finished first in the 800 at the Bobcat Invitational (1:56.8) ... took fifth in the 1500 at the All-Ohio Championships with the team's fastest time of 3:55.99 ... did not compete during the indoor season ... finished in the eighth spot at the Ohio Invitational during the '04 cross country season ... took 70th in the open race at the NCAA Pre-Nationals ... landed 41st at the MAC Cross Country Championships.

2004: Had a season-best time in the 1,500 meters of 4:04.93 in the outdoor season ... placed 59th at the Louisville Classic with a time of 26:56.63 in his only competition of the 2003 cross country season.

2003: Recorded the team's top mark of 3:55.96 in the 1500 meters and second-best time of 1:57.98 in the 800 meters during the outdoor season ... posted times of 8:49.12 in the 3000 meters and 15:42.35 in the 5000 meters during the indoor season ... his best 2002 cross country time of 27:44 came at Pre-Nationals.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner at Oak Hills High School ... captained the cross country and track and field squads three times each ... set a school record in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:50 ... had personal-best times of 4:25 in the 1600 and 9:27 in the 3200 meters.
