Brown enjoyed a record-breaking outdoor season for the Green & White in 2014. She set a new school record in the hammer throw at the All-Ohio Championships (56.89m) on April 11. Then, the Reynoldsburg, Ohio, native broke her own record the following week with a mark of 57.41m at the Jesse Owens Classic in Columbus. That throw earned her the No. 28 spot in the NCAA East Regional.
