CLEVELAND, Ohio - Junior cross country runner Carime Reinhart (Bascom, Ohio) was named the MAC Cross Country Runner of the Week after her second place performance at the Mel Brodt Invite on Sept. 16. Reinhart led the Bobcats to the team victory with a time of 17:56.87 in the 5K race. The women's team won first place over the host Bowling Green by three points.

Reinhart's time is her best time since running 17:49 at the MAC Chapionships last season. It is also the best time for a Bobcat runner this season.

Reinhart is the first Bobcat to win the Runner of the Week honor this season.

Next on the slate for the Bobcats is their last home meet of the season, where the men's and women's teams will host the Ohio Invitational on Sept 23.
