ATHENS, Ohio - The Ohio University men's and women's cross country teams will host the Ohio Invitaional on Saturday, Sept 23. The women's 5K race will begin at 11 a.m. and the men's 8K race will start at 11:45 a.m.

Reigning MAC Runner of the Week, Carime Reinhart (Bascom, Ohio), looks to continue her strong season and help the Bobcat women win their third 1st place team title in three races.

The schools participating in the Ohio Invite are Alderson-Brodas, West Liberty State, Baldwin-Wallace, Cleveland State (women only), Concord, West Virginia Wesleyan.

At last season's Ohio Invitational, the Bobcat women took third place while the Bobcat men won 1st. The women were led by Andrea Maas (Cincinnati, Ohio) who finished in first place with a time of 18:22.
