2012: Made 20 appearances coming out of the bullpen, primarily serving as the Bobcats' closer... Led the team with six saves, which was tied for sixth-best in the Mid-American Conference... Picked up his first save of the year against Oakland (March 11)... Worked the final 4.0 innings against Eastern Michigan (April 1) to earn his second save of the season... Authored one of his finest performances of the year against Buffalo (April 20) as he struck out four and did not allow a hit in 2.0 innings of work... Worked 2.2 innings and struck out three in his final appearance of the year against Buffalo (May 24) during the MAC Championship.
2011: Appeared in 14 games for the Bobcats with no starts... Threw 17.2 innings while recording a 3-2 record with a 7.13 ERA... Gave up 24 hits and 14 earned runs... Did not surrender any home runs... Recorded 17 strikeouts while giving up 13 walks... Recorded his first win of the season against Marshall on March 12.
2010: Took the mound 15 times for a total of 14.2 innings...Finished with an ERA of 5.52...Struck out 14 batters...Surrendered 9 earned runs, 12 hits, and 21 walks...Led the team with 15 relief appearances...Had a season-high 4 strikeouts in his first collegiate game against Towson on February 21...Allowed no triples...Gave up no runs, 5 walks, and had 4 strikeouts in 3 innings pitched against Towson on February 21.
High School: Played shortstop and pitcher for Hurricane High School, while starting all three years under the direction of coach Billy Joe Hicks...Named the Daily Mail Kanawha Valley Freshman of the Year in 2006 and was Honorable Mention All-West Virginia in '06 and '07...Compiled a 14-1 career record and had a 1.26 ERA in 2008.
