2005: First Team All-MAC Selection... started in all 51 games with 48 of them being at catcher... broke the school career hit record with a total of 269... recorded a team high with 21 multiple hit games and 13 multiple rbi games... also held a team-high 18-game hit streak... led the team in nearly every offensive category including batting average, slugging percentage, on base percentage, total hits, total bases, and runs batted in... also led the team with 14 doubles and 10 home runs... was second on the team in runs scored with 39... recorded a .980 fielding percentage and threw out 22 steal attempts... recorded 4 hits and 5 RBIs in a game against Marshall on April 15... also had three doubles in a single game against Buffalo on April 22.

2004: Second Team All-MAC Selection as a utility player... named preseason MAC Player of the Year by Collegiate Baseball and Baseball America magazines... also recognized as the MAC's "Best Pure Hitter" and "Best Catcher's Arm" by the latter publication... named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America second team for District IV as a catcher... missed 13 games due to an injured wrist but overall started 41 games, 26 as a catcher and 25 at first... hit .307 with six home runs and 32 RBI... tied for third on the team in home runs and fourth in RBI... was 3-for-3 with two home runs, four RBI and four runs scored against West Virginia State on March 2... also had a 3-for-4 performance with a home runs, runs scored and three RBI at Eastern Michigan on April 10... had 12 multi-hit and nine multi-RBI games on the season... also posted the second longest hitting streak on the team at 11 and ended the season on a 10-game hitting streak.

2003: First Team All-MAC selection... two-time MAC East Division Player of the Week (March 10 and 31)... set a new school record for hits in a single season with 91; it was also the seventh most in a season in MAC history... winner of the Frank Baumholtz Award - team award for the player with the highest batting average (.387)... also recipient of the Bob Adams Outstanding Sophomore Award... top hitter in the MAC with a .495 (51-for-103) batting average in 23 conference games... belted three home runs and drove in eight runs in a game against Youngstown State on March 9 to become just the fourth Bobcat player to record three round-trippers in a single contest... went deep twice in a win against Canisius College on March 15... finished second on team with 10 home runs and 53 RBI... stole a career-high seven bases in eight attempts... second on team with 14 multiple-RBI games and third with 25 multiple-hit games... recorded first five-hit game of career against Miami on March 30... went 5-for-6 with three RBI in a win against West Virginia on Apr. 29... collected four hits in a game six times... drove in five runs against Kent State with a career-high three doubles on Apr. 26... represented the Brewster Whitecaps in the Cape Cod Baseball League's 41st All-Star Game over the summer.

2002: Name to Collegiate Baseball magazine's Freshman All-American team... started 39 games behind the plate and one as the designated hitter as a freshman for Ohio... appeared in 44 of the team's 51 total games... was fifth on the team with a .344 batting average in 160 at-bats... totaled six home runs and was the third-best run producer on the team with 42 RBI... was third on the team with 84 total bases... hit .305 (18-59) against left-handed pitching and .366 (37-101) against right-handed pitchers... was one of the Bobcats' top pressure performers with a .345 batting average (19-55) with runners in scoring position... hit .783 (18-23) with a runner on third base and no outs... drove in four runs on four hits against Ohio Wesleyan on April 12th... hit .344 with four home runs and 25 RBI in 24 games against the MAC... tied for the second longest hitting streak on the team with hits in 14 consecutive contests from Apr. 10 through May 3rd during which he lead the team with a .442 (23-52) batting average with 19 runs scored, three home runs and 22 RBI... also enjoyed a 10-game hitting streak from May 23rd to Apr. 6th... was fourth on the squad with 13 multiple-hit games - including five three-hit performances... finished third on the team with 14 multi-RBI games... hit .356 (36-101) with five home runs and 32 RBI in 28 games at Bob Wren Stadium.

PREP SCHOOL: Attended Taft School in 2001... batted .562 in 48 at-bats... hit six home runs and drove in 27... also scored 25 runs for the Rhinos.
