Collected lone win of the season April 8 against Shawnee State, tossing six innings and allowing just one earned run while tying a season high with five strikeouts ... Also had five punch-outs April 24 in two innings of work vs. No. 25 Kent State ... Garnered first and only save as a Bobcat March 22 vs. Central Michigan, tossing three innings of shutout baseball ... Combined for a shutout March 28 at Western Michigan, pitching a frame of no-hit ball ... Threw a season-long seven innings in first appearance/start of season Feb. 21 vs. Lafayette, conceding just one run ... Finished season 1-4 with a 5.45 ERA in 38.0 innings ... 2008: Appeared in 13 games, starting nine, while going 2-2 with a 6.41 ERA ... Pitched 53.1 innings, which ranked fourth on the team, and allowed 38 earned runs ... Threw a complete-game shutout on March 25 against Rio Grande, scattering six hits with no walks, while striking out a season-high 11 batters, tying Ohio's single-game high for the season by himself ...
