2013: Appeared in 48 games with 42 starts behind the plate or as the designated hitter... Carried the team's second-best batting average hitting .278... Was second on the team with a .991 fielding percentage... Slammed two home runs... Drove in 24 runs... Led the Bobcats' 15-run effort with his first home run in a three-hit, four-RBI performance against Youngstown State (March 19)... Collected three more hits against Eastern Michigan (March 31)... Had a seven-game hitting streak from March 31-April 12... Hit his second home run against Northern Illinois (April 19) to fuel a 5-4 Bobcat victory... Collected three more hits in a win against Ball State (April 27).
2012: Finished second on the team in batting average with a mark of .338... Appeared in 45 games and made 41 starts at catcher... Belted one home run, drove in 24 runs, collected 51 hits and scored 25 runs... Struck out just 12 times, which was the fewest among Bobcat starters... Collected his first collegiate hit in the Bobcats' season-opener at UNCW (Feb. 18)... Drove in a team-best three runs and collected a double in the Bobcats' series-opener against IPFW (March 16)... Went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a double in Ohio's league-opener at Toledo (March 23)... Notched a season-best four RBI in a convincing 13-2 triumph over Northern Illinois (April 6)... Tallied three hits, two RBI and scored a pair of runs at Youngstown State (April 17)... Posted a pair of hits and drove home three RBI in a 9-8 win at Akron (May 12).
High School: Three-year letterwinner... Batted .403 with two home runs and 20 RBI during his senior season... Served as the team captain during his senior season... Helped lead his team to the Pennsylvania State Sectional Championship in both his sophomore and junior seasons... Earned All-Section honors and was named North All-Star by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
