2006 Summer League: Played for the Grand Lake Mariners of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League along with current Ohio teammates Jason Selhorst and Bryant Witt ... Named to All-GLSCL First Team after hitting .320 with 13 RBI and seven stolen bases ... Recorded a .430 on-base percentage while scoring 14 runs.

2006: Finished second on the team with a career-high 61 hits and fourth on the squad with a .335 average ... Had 17 multiple-hit games, including five games with three hits ...
