2010: Caught 45 percent of the games as a starter...came into 4 games. Earned a .289 average with 48 hits in .166 at-bats...Launched 9 home runs, in third place for the season for Ohio, and 9 doubles...Recorded an on-base percentage of .376, fifth-highest on the team and a slugging percentage of .518, the fourth-highest...Ranks second on the team in putouts, with 265...Went 3 for 5 on May 27 against Ball State with 3 doubles 2 RBI and 1 run scored...Had 13 multi-hit games.
2009: Made 24 appearances and 17 starts at catcher ... Batted .259 (14-for-54) with nine RBIs and 10 runs scored ... Tallied six doubles and tagged first-career home run March 11 vs. Wright State for his first-career multi-RBI game ... Slugged .426 with 23 total bases and an on-base percentage of .382 ... Made two errors with a .984 fielding percentage and gunned down six of 12 base stealers ... Picked off three runners as well ... Had two sac flies with his first-career sac fly April 4 vs. Toledo ... Had a career-high two hits three times, the first coming March 4 vs. Pitt ... Had a pair of multi-RBI games, including a career-high three March 11 vs. Wright State ... Had a career-long eight-game hit streak from March 4 to March 21.
2008 Summer League: Played for the Washington Blue Sox of the Tri-State Collegiate League ... Hit .307 with eight doubles, a triple and a home run ... Batted in 19 runs, while stealing four bases.
2008: Saw action in nine games, starting at catcher March 5 versus Ohio Wesleyan and April 1 at Duquesne ... Recorded his lone hit and RBI of the season March 8 at UNC Greensboro ... Hit .091 in 11 at-bats, while earning an on-base percentage of .167 with his only walk March 2 at Memphis ... Had a sacrifice hit against Ohio Wesleyan on March 5 ... Made 14 putouts and just one error behind the plate.
2007 Summer League: Played for the Southern Ohio Copperheads of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League... Was joined by five Bobcat teammates ...Finished with a .273 average in 66 at-bats ... Ranked fourth on the team with six doubles ... Had 18 hits and seven runs.
2007: Appeared in 20 games and made eight starts ... Finished with a .152 average in 33 at-bats with a double and five RBIs ... Collected his first-career hit, RBI and run scored March 3 against Otterbein ... Hit .313 (5-for-16) with runners in scoring position ... Threw out 3-of-15 base stealers.
High School: Batted .452 with nine home runs and 30 RBIs his senior season at Upper St. Clair High School ... Named a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette All-Section selection in 2003, 2004 and 2006 ...
