The Falcons would go on to score three more runs in the third and three in the sixth to open up an 11-1 lead.

Ohio added three runs in the top half of the seventh to cut BG's lead to 11-4, but the `Cats were held scoreless for the remainder of the contest as the Falcons went on to secure the win.

BG starter Mike Frank earned the win for the Falcons as he worked 6.1 innings, scattered six hits and gave up just four earned runs.
