ATHENS, Ohio - Due to sub-freezing temperatures, Ohio University baseball's home opener against Otterbein College, scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday, March 2 in Athens, has been canceled, head coach Joe Carbone has announced. As of now, the game will not be made up.

The Bobcats (1-3) will still play Cincinnati (1-3) Tuesday, March 3 at 4 p.m. in Chillicothe, Ohio at V.A. Memorial Stadium. Ohio will now hold its home opener, as originally slated, Wednesday, March 4 at 4 p.m. at Bob Wren Stadium against Pittsburgh (1-2). Live stats are scheduled to be available for both games on OhioBobcats.com.
