His 178 total bases (fifth nationally) this season are a school record, as is his .852 slugging percentage (fourth nationally), both of which also rank first in the MAC. The broadcast journalism major batted .402 on the year with 84 hits, including 13 doubles. Krauss scored 73 runs, while drawing 46 walks to help his .521 on-base percentage, all of which rank second in the conference and in the top-26 nationally.

San Diego State right-handed hurler Stephen Strasburg was named CBN's National Player of the Year, as Krauss and Strasburg were just two of 13 conference players or pitchers of the year to make First-Team All-America. For a complete list of the All-America teams, click here.
