ATHENS, Ohio - Every week Ohio Athletics will publish a recap of Bobcats in the Pro's. Here is the recap of the past seven days.

Marc Krauss - Oklahoma City RedHawks (Triple-A Affiliate of the Houston Astros), RF
Krauss appeared in six games this week for the RedHawks. His most notable game was on Monday when he went 3-for-4 with a double and a home run with two RBI as well as a walk.

Krauss' numbers on the season are:
.279 BA, 13 Doubles, 2 Triples, 9 Home Runs, 35 RBIs, 43 Walks, 2 Stolen Bases, 34 runs

Adam Russell - Norfolk Tides (Triple-A Affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays) RHP
Russell appeared in two games this week for the Tides. Last Tuesday, Russell threw 2.2 scoreless innings, surrendering no hits and struck out three.

Russell's numbers on the season are:
3-1, 2.48 ERA, 36.1 IP, 39 Strikeouts, 19 G

Seth Streich - Beloit Snappers (Single-A Affiliate of the Oakland Athletics), RHP
After being selected as a sixth round draft pick by the Athletics last year, Streich was called up to the Snappers this year. He appeared in one game this past week. He threw 5.0 innings, giving up two runs, six hits with five strikeouts, but picked up a loss.

Streich's numbers on the season are:
6-4, 5.52 ERA, 60.1 IP, 46 Strikeouts, 1 complete game

Gauntlett Eldemire- Lake Erie Crushers (Independent - Frontier League), OF
Eldemire appeared in three games this past week for the Crushers. The Crushers featured Eldemire in a recent player spotlight.

Eldemire's numbers on the season are:
.257 BA, 5 doubles, 4 RBIs, 21 games

Brent Choban - Florence Freedom (Independent - Frontier League), LHP
Choban appeared in two games out of the bullpen for the Freedom this week as a starter. He threw 0.1 innings on Friday, surrendering no runs, no hits and struck out one.

Choban's numbers on the season are:
2-2, 4.70 ERA, 7 G, 5 GS, 28.2 Innings pitched, 23 strikeouts

Jerod Yakubik - Joliet Slammers (Independent - Frontier League), 1B
Yakubik played for the Gateway Grizzlies of the Frontier League last year and was named an All-Star. Yakubik played in six games this past week for the Slammers. His best performance came on Thursday when he went 2-for-3 with two doubles.

Yakubik numbers on the season are:
.294 BA, 3 doubles, 2 RBIs, 2 walks, 9 Games
