Johnson is an athletic wing, who averaged 11.1 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.4 assists as a junior while leading his team to the Kentucky state championship, where he was named Tourney MVP. As a sophomore, Johnson helped lead his team to a 34-3 record and a runner-up finish in the state tournament.
