ATHENS, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced today that the March 2 men's basketball game between Ohio and Bowling Green will be broadcast live on SportsTime Ohio as part of the league's basketball television package.
Ohio and Bowling Green will square off at noon at the Stroh Center in Bowling Green, Ohio.
The Bobcats have one additional game this season that can be selected for a television broadcast. Ohio’s regular season finale (either March 8 or 9) against archrival Miami (Ohio) is a candidate to be picked up by ESPN or ESPN2. Ohio (16-6, 7-1 MAC) plays the home game of its 2012-13 series with Bowling Green this Saturday (Feb. 9) inside the Convocation Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. “Voice of the Bobcats” Russ Eisenstein and Rob Cornelius will call the game live on the Ohio IMG Sports Network powered by Horizon, with audio and video streams available for free on OhioBobcats.com.
