D.J. Cooper and the Bobcats host Miami on March 9 at 4 p.m.

ATHENS, Ohio – The Ohio University men’s basketball team’s regular season finale against Miami will be broadcast live on SportsTime Ohio, the Mid-American Conference announced today. The game will be played on Saturday, March 9 at 4 p.m. (EST) inside the Convocation Center.
Ohio won its first matchup against the RedHawks, 74-62, on Jan. 23 in Oxford. Senior guard D.J. Cooper (Chicago, Ill.) led the ‘Cats with 17 points, nine assists and seven rebounds in the contest.
Six of Ohio’s final seven regular season games will be broadcast on television, including two nationally televised contests. The Bobcats play at Belmont on Feb. 23 (ESPN2) and appear on ESPNU this Saturday against Kent State.

Ohio (18-6, 9-1 MAC) will face the Golden Flashes at 11 a.m. Saturday inside the Convocation Center. Joe Davis will handle play-by-play duties for the ESPNU broadcast, while Brooke Weisbrod will provide color commentary. In addition, “Voice of the Bobcats” Russ Eisenstein will call the game live on the Ohio IMG Sports Network.
