Prior to Ohio: Four-year member of the Blue Valley Northwest High School team... Helped Blue Valley Northwest High School to the 2009 District Championship... Earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors in 2011... Played both tight end and defensive end at Blue Valley Northwest High School... Also played basketball and baseball at Blue Valley Northwest High School... Played the last two seasons at Highland Community College... Finished the 2013 campaign at Highland CC with 17 catches for 275 yards and two touchdowns... Guided Highland CC to the 2013 Jayhawk Conference Playoffs... Earned Jayhawk Conference Player of the Week honors after he hauled in seven receptions for 107 yards a two touchdowns against Fort Scott... Earned Second Team All-Jayhawk Conference honors as a tight end.
