Prior to Ohio: Three-year member of the varsity football team... Served as the team captain during his senior season... Helped guide Mansfield High School to a perfect regular season in 2013... Mansfield High School's undefeated regular season was its first perfect season in program history (118 years)... Helped Mansfield finish the 2013 season as the No. 4-ranked team in the state... Guided Mansfield to back-to-back Ohio Cardinal Conference Championships... Earned First Team All-Ohio honors following his senior season as he hauled in 67 catches for 1,190 yards (17.8) and 10 touchdowns... Finished his career with a school record 1,884 receiving yards... Was selected as the Northwest District Offensive Player of the Year...
