Prior to Ohio: Three star recruit according to ESPN.com... Three-year varsity letterwinner... Selected as a team captain during his senior season... Threw for 1,200 yards and nine touchdowns in just five games during the 2012 season... Also rushed for 320 yards on the ground... Passed for 1,050 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2011... Played on the Louisville High School football team that went 10-1 and won the Northeast Buckeye Conference Championship... Also was a three-year letterwinner of the varsity baseball team and earned one varsity letter on the boy's basketball team.
