Ohio to take part in 23 practices and two scrimmages before its first game at Kent State
2014: Named MAC East Special Teams Player of the week (Oct. 27)… Saw action in all 12 games… Finished the year with a punting average of 41.8… Tallied 2, 631 yards in 63 punts… Tallied four punts in the Bobcats season opener against Kent State (Aug. 30) for 170 yards… Recorded a season-best 46.8 yard average against Kentucky (Sept. 6)… Had a season-high eight punts at Kentucky and against Akron (Oct. 18)… Posted a career long 64-yard punt against Western Michigan (Oct. 25).
Prior to Ohio: Four-year member of the West Bend-Mallard High School... Earned three varsity letters... Served as the team captain as a senior... Three-time All-State honoree... Also a three-time All-District honoree... Helped guide West Bend-Mallard High School to the Iowa State Playoffs in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 seasons... Also competed on the varsity basketball, baseball and track teams at West Bend-Mallard High School... Played two seasons at Iowa Central CC... Earned All-America honors following the 2012 and 2013 campaigns... Posted a 45.6 average during the 2013 season... Helped Iowa Central CC to a pair of bowl games.

Lists Peyton Manning as his favorite athlete and the Indianapolis Colts as his favorite team... Excelled in the classroom as he was named to the honor roll in high school and was a member of the National Honor Society... Received Academic All-America honors... Intends to double major in Sports Management and Psychology.
