LeDominique Williams is in his first year as a member of the Ohio University coaching staff. In his role, Williams will work primarily with the Bobcats' defensive line unit where he will assist defensive line coach Jesse Williams.

Williams comes to Athens after spending the previous year at Ashland University, serving as a defensive graduate assistant and assistant video coordinator. During his time at Ashland, Williams was the program's point person with the DV Sport software. In addition, he coached the defensive end position and recruited the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

Prior to his time at Ashland, Williams spent two seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Charleston - his alma mater - where he served as the safeties coach in 2009 and the linebackers coach in 2010.

In two years at Charleston, Williams guided a linebacker unit that ranked No 19 in the country in rush defense and mentored a pair of all-conference performers. In addition, Williams ran lifting, conditioning and speed training sessions.
