-Prior to the game, Ohio honored its 17 seniors. The 2011 senior class has posted a 36-27 record during its time in Athens.
-Ohio's win over Miami is its sixth straight victory over the Redhawks. The win was also a season-best fifth straight for the Bobcats.
-Ohio's win was its fifth at Peden Stadium this season. The Bobcats are 5-1 at home this season and own a 15-3 dating back to 2009.
-Ohio's win moves the Bobcats to 9-3 on the year. The Bobcats' victory marks just the sixth time in school history in which the team has nine games or more in a single season.
-Ohio has totaled a single season team record 383 points on the year.
-Sophomore quarterback Tyler Tettleton went 18-of-26 and became the all-time single season completions leader with 229 completions on the year.
-Tettleton also surpassed 100 yards rushing for the second straight week as he finished with 111 yards on the ground.
-Tettleton tied a career-high with three touchdown passes and surpassed 200 yards through the air for the ninth time in his last 10 games.
-Senior wide receiver LaVon Brazill finished the game with 34 yards receiving and is now the all-time leader with 2,267 yards for his career.
-Sophomore wide receiver Donte' Foster posted a career-high 65 yards receiving. He also tied a career-high with five receptions. -Ohio limited Miami to under 100 yards rushing which marked the fifth time this season the Bobcats have limited an opponent to 100 yards rushing or less.
-Junior kicker Matt Weller tied the all-time career mark for extra points made after he connected on all three of his attempts. He is currently tied with Kevin Kerr (115 made).
