Donte Harden (Erie, Pa.) recorded his first career fumble recovery in the first quarter.

Ohio’s three fourth-down conversions were the most since Oct. 4, 2008, when Ohio lost at Western Michigan, 41-20.

Junior Eric Benjamin (Grove City, Ohio) recorded his third sack of the season (fourth of his career) in the third quarter.

Junior Omar Leftwich (Huntsville, Ala.) recorded his sixth pass breakup (eighth pass defended) of the season in the fourth quarter.

The loss snaps a seven-game win streak in the 2010 season and an eight-game MAC road winning streak which dates back to the 2008 season finale at Miami.

At 8-4 overall, Ohio is bowl eligible for the four time in six years under head coach Frank Solich (2006: 9-3 regular season; 2007: 6-6 regular season ; 2009: 9-3 regular season; 2010: 8-4 regular season).
