Bobcats Add Pair of Late Signees

ATHENS, Ohio ? Ohio has added two additional national letter of intent signees to the 16 announced earlier today, head coach Brian Knorr announced tonight. NLI paperwork was received this evening from defensive lineman Paul Johnson of Vienna, W.Va. and offensive lineman Steve Wiggins of Fort Wayne, Ind.

Paul Johnson ? DL ? 6-2 ? 285 ? Vienna, W.Va. (Parkersburg HS)
Played on both sides of the line at Parkersburg High School? A three-year starter at offensive guard and defensive tackle? Earned all-state and all-Mid Ohio Valley Conference following his junior and senior seasons? Participated in two championship games, winning as a junior and losing as a sophomore? Recorded 67 tackles and five sacks last season? Was the team leader in tackles for loss? Also lettered once in wrestling? Brother of 2002 Ohio signee Billy Johnson.

A junior college transfer from Pasadena City College? College teammates with fellow signees Ryan Antle and Andre Bradford? A first-team All-Mission Conference selection at guard.
