ATHENS, Ohio- Ohio BobcatTV will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the inner-workings of a Division I football program with the second season of RELENTLESS: An Inside Look at Ohio Football.

The second season of RELENTLESS will feature five half hour shows throughout the month of August. The show airs every Tuesday at 6 p.m. on WOUB, premiering Aug. 7. RELENTLESS will also air on SportsTime Ohio, ONN, and OhioBobcats.com. Check your local listings for updated times.

"Last year was a historic season for Ohio University Football and we were thrilled to showcase all the hard work that went into making it so special," said Evan Shaw, Assistant Athletic Director for Multimedia/Marketing. "We are so fortunate to have a coaching staff that grants us this exclusive access and without their cooperation, none of this would be possible."

Earlier this summer, RELENTLESS was nominated for an Emmy Award by the Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in the category of Daily/Weekly Sports Program.

"The first season of RELENTLESS was so much fun to put together," Shaw said. "We look forward to another great season of showcasing the Ohio University football program throughout the 2012 preseason."

In 2011, Ohio posted its first 10-win season since 1968, won the MAC East Championship and captured its first-ever bowl victory in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.

Ohio opens the 2012 campaign at Penn State in front of a nationally-televised audience on ESPN. The game time for the Bobcats' regular-season finale against Kent State, which will air on ESPNU/ESPN3, will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
