ATHENS, Ohio – The Ohio Bobcats picked up their first win in the MAC and are getting down to business in the MAC East. After the tough first half of the season, the Bobcats went on the road and took down Kent State 26-19. On Tuesday, Ohio plays on a national stage against the Owls of Temple at 8 p.m. The game will be televised on ESPN2.

 

On the latest edition of Bobcat Blitz, reporter Jeff Schaffer breaks down Ohio’s big win against the Golden Flashes in Kent and host Jaime Baker sits down with linebacker Michael Brown. Reporter Jake Young previews the Tuesday night game in Philadelphia, while Head Coach Frank Solich analyzes the win in Kent and looks at what the Bobcats need to do to get a win at Temple.

 

Bobcat Blitz will air on WOUB-TV Friday at 11:00 p.m. and Saturday at 11:00 a.m. The Blitz will be available in the Athens area on WOUB II (cable channel 25) Saturday at 12:00 a.m. and again at 12:00 p.m. It will also be carried on SportsTime Ohio throughout the state on Friday at 8:00 p.m. Finally, it can be found on Time Warner Cable’s Local Video on Demand Channel in Southeast Ohio, Columbus and Northwest Ohio.
