SHREVEPORT, La. - Following its first practice in preparation for the 2012 Advocare V100 Independence Bowl, members of the Ohio University football team spent Christmas day with local children at the LSU Children's Hospital.
The Bobcats sent a bus load of players over to hospital where they visited with area children, who were unable to be home for Christmas. During their visit, Ohio players offered words of encouragement and handed out Ohio apparel for children.
The players also posed for pictures with hospital staff and signed autographs for the children.
