Bobcats secure a seventh place finish at the Mid-American Match Play.

2012-13: Competed in eight events (22 rounds) for the Bobcats...Stroke average of 77.91 ranked 47th in the Mid-American Conference...Low round of 69 came in the second round of the NYX Hoosier Invitational (April 6)...Also posted best finish of the season at the event (t-32nd)...Carded three rounds of 76 or better en route to a 227-stroke aggregate (+20) at the Marshall Invitational (Sept. 10-11).

Prior to Ohio: At one point ranked as the second-best golfer in the province of Ontario and the 886th in all of Canada ... During the 2011 season, Burgess finished third overall at the AJGA Columbus Junior Tournament, battling through a field of 72 golfers ... Boasts four top-25 finishes in tournaments throughout the 2011 season.

Personal: A native of St. Catharines, Ontario.

"Brad had a great finish at the AJGA (2011) at the Scarlet course in Columbus, which is thought of as one of the toughest courses in the country," Head Coach Bob Cooley said. "He's a strong student-athlete who hits the ball extremely well."
