COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ohio Men's Golf finished competition at the 2012 Robert Kepler Intercollegiate on Sunday. Through the tournament's three rounds of play, Ohio ended up in 12th place.

The Bobcats shot a team score of 935 at the tournament, going 308-317-310. Kent State took the top team honors, shooting a three-round score of 898. Southern Methodist University was not far behind, scoring 899 through the three rounds of play.

Paul Grauer had a terrific tournament for the Bobcats, finishing tied for second with a three-round score of 221. Grauer (Dublin, Ohio) shot his best round of the tournament on Sunday, carding a 70. The second-place finish ties the best of his career and is also the second time in his Bobcat career that he has finished in the top five of a tournament.

Bradley Lucas (Worthington, Ohio) and Byron Firestone (Canton, Ohio) were the next two finishers for Ohio, ending the tournament tied for 62nd and 68th, respectively. Lucas shot his best round of the tournament--a 78--on Sunday, ending the competition with a score of 239. Firestone went 79-79-85 to finish with a 243.

Rounding out Ohio's participation in the tournament were Connor Coldwater (Clarks Summit, Pa.) and Andrew Mlynarski (St. Michaels, Md.). Coldwater placed 72nd with a three-round score of 246 while Mlynarski shot 84-80-85 to end with a score of 249.

The Bobcats will next be in action on April 21-22 at the Ball State Yestingsmeir Invitational in Muncie, Indiana.
