WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio - Ohio University rising sophomore Paul Grauer represented the Bobcats on the amateur circuit over the weekend, firing a five-under 139 to earn a share of sixth place at the Mid-Ohio Invitational.

Grauer (Dublin, Ohio) opened the tournament with a two-under 70 on Saturday before coming back a day later with a final-round 69 (-3) to fall just one stroke shy of a playoff for the tournament crown.

The Mid-Ohio Invitational is a 36-hole amateur golf championship played annually at the Hickory Flat Greens Golf Course in West Lafayette, Ohio. The event, which is entered by invitation, is open to amateur golfers of all ages, and is not limited to residents of the state of Ohio.
