BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Ohio University Women's Basketball Team prepares to play its final road game of the 2012-13 regular season on Sunday, facing off against Bowling Green. Tip-off between the Bobcats and Falcons is set for 1 p.m. at the Stroh Center on the campus of Bowling Green State University.

Sunday's game will be available to fans through a variety of outlets. Fans can listen to the game live via the "Listen Live" link at the top of the page. Rob Schreier (play-by-play) and Tyler Rosten (color) will be calling all of the action live from the Stroh Center. Listeners can also catch this commentary in Athens on WOUB-AM 1340. In their last game action, the Bobcats fell in a 98-82 shootout at red-hot Akron on Thursday night. Ohio (6-20, 1-13 MAC) shot a season-best 31-64 (48.4 percent) from the field in the loss and scored its highest point total of the season. Junior guard Erin Bailes (Huntington, W.Va.) lit up the score sheet, adding 33 points to Ohio's cause. She was joined in double figures by Shavon Robinson (13 points) and Symone Lyles (11).

Scouting the Falcons
Bowling Green enters Sunday's game the owner of an 18-9 record which includes a 9-5 mark in Mid-American Conference play. The Falcons most recently defeated Buffalo 56-43 on Feb. 28 and have won three of their last four games.

Chrissy Steffen is the team's leading scorer, coming in at 11.6 points per game. She is joined in double figures by Alexis Rogers, who can be counted upon for 10.6 points per outing. Rogers is also the team's leading rebounder at 6.0 per contest.

Bowling Green has the second best defense in league games, allowing just 52.5 points per game in Mid-American Confer­ence play. The Falcons boast the 35th best defense in NCAA basketball, allowing just 54.5 points per contest throughout the entire season.

Ohio - Bowling Green Series History
Sunday's game will be the 74th all-time meeting between Ohio and Bowling Green. The Falcons hold a one-sided 52-21 advantage in the series which has its roots in the 1973-74 season. The last two meetings between the teams have been split, with Ohio winning 60-56 in Athens on Feb. 22 of last season and the Falcons taking the first meeting this season, winning 67-41 in Athens on Jan. 20.

Ohio is 6-29 in 35 all-time meetings between the programs in Bowling Green.

If the Season Ended Today...
Ohio would have either the 11th or 12th seed in the Mid-American Conference, pending the result of a coin flip with Kent State. If 12th, the Bobcats would play at Bowling Green on March 9. If 11th, the Bobcats would play at Miami on March 9.

Bailes on Fire
Junior guard Erin Bailes had a career night during Ohio's 98-82 loss at Akron on Feb. 28. The native of Huntington, W.Va., con­nected on 12-21 field goals (including 7-11 from three-point range) to score a career-high 33 points. Bailes has scored 68 points in Ohio's last three games.

Erin Bailes is the 28th most accurate three-point shooter in all of NCAA Division One basketball, connecting on 38.1 percent of her three-point attempts.

Thirty-Point Threshold
With her 33 points against Akron on Feb. 28, Erin Bailes became the first Bobcat to score 30 points or more since Rachel Frederick scored 33 during a 74-71 win against Marshall on Dec. 16, 2006.

That's a Lot of Points!
Ohio's 82-point output against Akron on Feb. 28 marked the first time the program had scored 80 points or more since an 80-75 double-overtime victory against Xavier on Dec. 19, 2011.

Sharing the Wealth
Ohio dished out a season-high 20 assists during its game at Akron on Feb. 28. This marked the first time an Ohio team had recorded 20 or more assists since doing so in an 83-74 win over Utah Valley on Feb. 17, 2009. Ashley Fowler led this charge, dishing out a career-high 11 assists.

Ohio Falls to Bowling Green on Sunday, 67-41
A hot-shooting Bowling Green team came away from The Convocation Center with a win on Sunday, as the Falcons beat the Ohio Bobcats by a final score of 67-41. The loss dropped Ohio to 5-11 (0-4 Mid-American Conference) and improved Bowling Green to 12-5 (3-1).
