Reichard will serve as an assistant coach beginning in 2007, Macmillan's third season at Ohio.

A graduate of the Southwest Missouri State University, Reichard was a four year starter during her career in Springfield. She started 69 of 72 games in her four-year career, leading the Bears on the defensive end.

A 2000 NorPac First Team All-Conference selection, Reichard was named NorPac Field Hockey Co-Defensive Player of the Month for September of 2000. She led her team in defensive saves, goals and points as a defender and corner striker in 1999 and 2000.

Alongside her playing career, Reichard has been active on the coaching scene for the past six years. She has served as a coach for the USFHA Futures Program, the X-Calibur Field Hockey Club and most recently the coach of the Ridge High School Field Hockey Team (Basking Ridge, N.J.). In her first two years at Ridge High School, she took the team to a county co-championship, back-to-back conference championships, the program's first state sectional title and first ever appearance in the Group III State Championship game.

After the 2005-06 season at Ridge H.S., Reichard was named a member to the "H-List" by www.Topofthecircle.com, making her the youngest candidate for US Coach of the Year. She was also a nominee for the NFHCA Mid-Atlantic Region High School Coach of the Year. She has also served as the coach of the Pennsylvania U14 team at the National Futures Championships, which took the silver medal.

She has also served as a coach at several elite camps, including Stanford, Old Dominion, Rutgers and the Elite Field Hockey Camp.
