2011-12: Played in one tournament and shot two rounds during her freshman season ... Averaged 87.50 strokes per 18 holes ... Placed 60th at the Cardinal Classic with a two-round score of 175.

HIGH SCHOOL: Volz played in the Division II state girls golf championships three years in a row and earned first-team All-Ohio honors as a junior with scores of 76-79 for a 155 total, and fourth in the individual standings. She posted scores of 75-80 for another 155 total and finished ninth overall for a second-team All-Ohio berth as the Huron Tigers placed fourth among the 12 teams in the field, the highest for an area school in the brief history of two-division girls state play. One highlight for her came during the conference season. She checked in with a record seven-under-par 30 on the front nine at the Thunderbird Hills North course with two eagles, three birdies and four pars.
