Caline McHenry joined the Ohio coaching staff in September of 2005 after completing a stellar playing career at Duke University. She was a 2005 first-team All-American and is also a member of the U.S. Developmental Team.

A two-time All-ACC pick, McHenry was a semifinalist for the 2005 Tewaaraton Trophy, which is presented to the top lacrosse player in the nation. McHenry graduated from Duke in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
