"I am thrilled to announce the hiring of Jess Roguski and Caline McHenry," Valentino said. "Both were excellent Division I players at great programs, All-Americans and national semifinal participants. They are now continuing their playing careers on the United States Developmental Team. Their achievements speak for themselves. Jess and Caline bring all the qualities I am looking for in my first staff, and they share my beliefs and goals for the Bobcat program."
