DAYTON, Ohio - A close 1-0 loss to in-state foe Wright State and a 3-0 thrashing of the Master's Futbol Academy highlighted Ohio soccer's fifth weekend of spring play at the Wright State Friendlies.

Ohio is now 5-3-2 in spring competition. Jackie Hanson (LaGrange, Ill.), Toye Famodu (Bloomington, Minn.) and Jordan Finch (Akron, Ohio) all tallied goals for the `Cats over the weekend. Hanson and Kelsey Pichel (Rochester, Mich.) both recorded assists.

After dropping a tight 1-0 decision to the host Raiders in a 60-minute contest to open play, the `Cats came out with a vengeance and upended the Master's Futbol Academy. In addition to its strong offense, Ohio also got solid play from the defense as it limited the Academy's chances throughout the contest.

Ohio wraps up spring play May 15 with its annual alumni game at Chessa Field. First touch is set for 1 p.m.
